Riot, i have a problem with the report system. I had 5 ranked games with leavebuster out of 7 ranked games and none of the leavebuster my team and I reported got punished for their action. Please take this into consideration

It is not possible to tell if someone got LPQ or not. There is no notification to you when someone got LPQ.

Leavebuster is automatic. It doesn't need report for someone to be detected by LeaveBuster. (try sit at base and not do anything for 5 minutes and you'll see it. No report needed)

There are leniency built into LeaveBuster (just like leniency built into the IFS for mild toxicity). You can afk for a few games and not get punished because legitimate irl emergencies do happen and Rito doesn't want to punish people for that the first couple of times.

You do not get notified when people are punished via LeaverBuster, thus you have no way to know if someone was punished or not for leaving a game you were in.

Yeah, I also wanna say that leverbuster is not actually tied to the report system...
