Got hacked then I got a 2 week suspension

Hiya y'all!,

Just an hour ago I received a 2-week ban. I looked at the chat logs and I did not recognize ANY of the messages said. I believe my account was hacked because in the chat logs it states, "yall ever just find an acc on paste bin". https://gyazo.com/91465e5a569e2726a5150ed67adc5ddb The person even says, "acc owner tryna sell nudes for skins", which is disgusting and dehumanizing for a TEENAGER (I'm a 16-year-old girl). Just reading the messages that this person typed despicable and racist. The person even made racist remarks by using the n-word. This is completely different from my bubbly, self-deprecating persona. I'm truly sorry to the players who played with this person in their ranked game.

I do admit I'm not the most positive and toxic free person, but it's never like "this person is _____". It usually always like, "you guys fed :(". Its NEVER anything that insults a human's character. I'm not a saint, but I do want this to be cleared out in the correct way because these actions that I was banned for wasn't me. I'm just a little butthurt because I've been playing this game since 5th grade. Thanks to anyone that reads a sad, hormonal teen's opinion and thoughts!!!!! UWU

I mean, you can try making a support ticket and asking them to compare ip addresses and see if it differs from your original (main) one. Then they would be able to solve it from there.

I believe you because someone who plays support/mid champs in normal games won't just randomly play nunu in ranked and int. Hopefully you get your account back. Gl

Unfortunately, it's unlikely the penalty will be removed, even if they do confirm it was someone else that illegitimately gained access to your account.

Little Update! Watching my sister play league, I noticed that she isn't in any of the clubs that I was in and/or created! One of them was my prize possession "Star Guardian Trash" (i know what a name). Adds an extra layer to my depression!!! Just want this whole thing to be over and if possible resolved. This whole fiasco just adds to my anxiety :/. Thanks again! [sg-soraka]
