Suspended for leaving lane with someone who started saying threatening things and hate speech

I was supporting and my adc from the pre game lobby started saying really problematic stuff, mentioning personal stuff about me he shouldn't know. In game he made a direct threat and hate speech. Obviously that made me uncomfortable so I did not want to play with him and left lane to help other lanes. He and his party reported me for inting (which I did not), getting me a suspension. Now I sent in a ticket to Riot and they have simply closed it. Besides approaching maybe a media outlet to highlight this (this is about the 20th or so instance of a rape or death threat where Riot has just closed my ticket with no response), what else can I do? Is there truly no recourse to someone threatening me with hate speech and then me being the one suspended?

Honestly I don't think you should be banned. Yes it does seem like you did intentionally feed but you were playing in normals and with and against a premade. IMO just don't play normals, as long as premades are allowed to play normals they will always be more toxic than ranked. Seriously though, no need to start making stuff up about rape threats, this is 2020 almost.

What do you mean by personal stuff they shouldn't know? Like assuming something that randomly was true about you, or something specific, that they couldn't possibly know or guess? If it's the latter this is problematic and you should contact Riot/law enforcements.

Now I'm not sure how the riots detecting system exactly works in case of "inting" detection, but I assume it was your score together with your build + getting reported, that triggered it. Looking at your match history you always play Janna as it's supposed to and in your last game you go hurricane/vampric sceptre. However, since Riot has previously said that playing off-meta tactics is not punishable, and you were playing a normal game, so unless there is some proof of intentionally feeding/trolling in your game replay, I don't see why this should be punished according to the current rules.

Also, are you sure they weren't punished for threats and hate speech? Seeing how insanely strict the chat-related detection system is, it's hard to believe they werent punished, if you reported them.

Why do i think that you got banned cos of chat ban and not cos of ''helping other lanes?'' Except if u ran it down mid and got banned for inting. I know how it feels to have premades bullying you , but u must not answer back to them or run it down mid , cos unfortunately they have the power to report you while noone else except you will report them. Its something very wrong indeed , but cant be fixed. I think reports from premades shoudnt count that much. Its very typical for premades to behave like shit in games cos they know they wont get reported by their pre , so they end up tilting someone other from the team and in the end he gets the punishment instead of them , cos all pre will report him even if he didnt start anything.
