Addition of In-Game Moderators?

Hi , I was wondering if there was more riot chosen players that get "higher" priority on reports. These players would be ideally those who get honored for being friendly , teamwork , and/or being helpful. I've been recently getting reported trying to stop all this toxicity , and It's very frustrating telling people to stop yelling at each other and getting reports.
