Can Someone Help Me With This Problem?

BEFORE I BEGIN! no this thread is not about religion and my only reference to religion and my beliefs will be in these first two sentences.

I am called a troll for wanting to show my love for my culture and beliefs. and among other slurs that are flinged at me, i am also not receiving help form riot staff or the so called arbiters. I am met with the same responses from people in this community on the boards as well as from riot staff when i send in support tickets. They tell me, "Don't talk abut religion, mute/ignore them, and take a break." Now I have been playing this game for about a few weeks now, after taking a 6 month hiatus, and made a new account. 90% of my games i am placed with people who curse me out, threaten to report me, and purposefully lead me into getting killed by the enemy team or leading the enemy team into my location so i can die.

My customs are an important part of my life and to receive such hate for it is unacceptable. I have posted on here and at the time i wasn't aware of the rule about not speaking about religion ON THE BOARDS. So yes i have had a few of my threads removed for that. I do not want to hear the same three responses that i always get. So please don't tell me those same three things. I went on the discord chat to speak to the arbiters about the problems i am faced with when playing this game, only to be ridiculed and not taken seriously. They thought I was a troll and told me the same three things that i don't want to hear.

I told them i would take riot to court so i could get some ACTUAL SERIOUS RESPONSES from them and they promptly deleted everything that was written. Now I am not the smartest man that lived but I do know that is unjust as that would be evidence that could help me make a court case. Which if i am not mistaken is a violation of federal law. The arbiter in question is Wuks. After deleting everything he told me that we no longer have anything to discuss and kicked me from the server.

NOW PAY ATTENTION TO THIS! No I did not intend to take riot to court for anything, so don't ban me for saying that, I know riot takes it very seriously OK? All I asked was that i receive some help with dealing with these narrow minded bigoted people. I even asked them (the arbiters) to see if riot could go through the chat logs and see the very specific examples i am talking about. Yet they refused and continued to mock and ridicule me, even comparing my culture and love of it, to that of someones love for food. To me that is not only disrespectful but also intolerant to me as an individual, with my background. All i am asking for is some tolerance for those who do not share the same culture as many in the NA server do. I know riot tries its best to be a company that wants to make their game fair to everyone but I've sent in several support tickets asking for help and showing them examples of how i am treated only to receive either the same responses i always get or I don't get an answer at all.

If there is anyone here whether it be a Rioter or a common player I ask that you help me in dealing with these types of people. No I realize that riot cannot do much for me but i was told that saying, "if you don't like what I'm saying then mute me" to be a very "triggering" phrase while i see it as a neutral phrase. Please do not tell me to stop celebrating my culture and my love for it, if you respond, please just give me a way to deal with these types of people. I know i will get down voted and probably reported because people think I am a troll and they will nitpick at my words, but if you can read this with a disassociated point of view from Riot Company and provide insight that I can use to help me get a better experience from playing this game I would greatly appreciate it.

Religion is great for some people; some people don't believe it. Both completely valid points. You have the right to express your religion just as much as I and others express our disliking towards religion.

HOWEVER, discussing religion in a video game is not a good idea. Ever. Religion is highly subjective, as is politics and money. Three things you don't bring up online due to the backlash. It's unnecessary, tbh. You are 110% entitled to your beliefs/opinions, but keep other people out of it. People troll you for your religion just as much as they troll people for about anything else short of breathing. The internet tends to have its good and its bad in terms of the population. Reporting and blocking them is as much as you can do.

And it's still not really the place to show your worship in the first place, seeing as it's a game about op champs, fishes with tridents, a foxgirl succubus, and a yordle riding on top of a dinosaur-thing.

There are many ways to worship, and I respect your right to. However, there are places and situations in which choosing to worship at that time is inappropriate. Religion is a big part of everyone's lives, but it does not need to be injected into everything.

Worship in whatever way you deem appropriate, but try to leave other people out of it.

I, uh, assume you are referring to Islam when you mention "your religion". What exactly in Islam has you saying whatever it is you say to piss these people off so much that they all troll you?

I honestly don't think it's your specific religion causing a problem. It's the fact that you're bringing it up at all. Religious discussion makes many non-religious people uncomfortable. Some of them are dealing with it the way they deal with everything else online; jabbing at the person in question to try and derail the conversation and move things back to a more familiar setting, arguments and trolling. The quickest way to get anyone riled up is to find whatever they're most passionate about and poking it with a stick; your behavior and even your summoner name presents the obvious topic instantly, so that's the one they choose for their trolling.

You could be talking about your incredible enjoyment of fishing, and one of the first things you'd hear is "fishing is boring". It's just what happens when the other party has no interest in the topic.

League of Legends is a game. We're here to play it, and perhaps discuss tactics, lore, amazing plays, anything related to it. It's not the best place to bring up politics, religion, or even less loaded topics such as other video games. There's an appropriate forum for everything if you're willing to look for it. So if you want to discuss religion, it would be best to expand beyond the League of Legends Boards.
