Unfair Perma Bans

Riot is very unfair when it comes to perma bans. It takes two parties to create a negative environment and most of the time one team gangs up on one person, and all they do is look at chat logs when there's more that goes on. There's afkers and other shit talkers but they dont do anything to them.

If a person doesn't use profanity or threatening someone, there should be NO permabans....perhaps

permanent chat ban, but the player's account shouldn't be banned and friend's list should be allowed to still view.

It's ridiculous that riot is limiting people's rights of free speech... and people form friendships and community on here and they are prohibiting them from continuing contact with these people.

This has to change!!!!

They have the right to limit whatever speech they want. This is private property, and they have the freedom to to do this.

You might wanna to reread the US Constitution, because the first amendment says this

Congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of speech ...

That is where the freedom ends.

I only agree with the part about how there should be a permanent chat ban. Honestly banning someone completely from the game for mild toxic behavior is...a little much imo. Now for hate speech and shit yeah but for just consistent flaming yeah. Just slap them with a chat ban you can still communicate with your team through pings.

This is what I got banned for mind you the person I was trying to inform was telling the enemy team I was saying the "N" word and telling him that he should go kill himself but Riot doesn't show that part. They show me explaining to a player that was blaming and flaming me all game that he can get in trouble for it because I was just suspended for saying someone was being "annoying" and they should stop acting like an "idiot". Mind you they also told me that I could get this account unbanned. I just had to come back within 2 weeks to admit that I was toxic here. I can even post the emails of it because of I have them. Riot support is a JOKE!!! This company cares more about money than the community. Its why they tend to the Streamers who are the role models for toxicity most of them at least not all and that's why they're trying to produce more skins and let out more champions. So that everyone forgets that both the RANKED & BAN system needs a lot of work. P.S. all my punishments were escalated and I have the emails to prove it also. I never got chat restricted I only got a 14 day suspension and than perma banned. I also still have the email for that also. Honestly feel like I was harshly punished because my summoner name.
