I don't chat- offensive language infraction?

I like to play team builder because you tend to get a random assortment of people that are not premades. Premade teams- when they are losing-, are usually immature and gang up on the folks that are not part of the group and harass them/report them for no other reason than they are mad. Mob mentality.

Well, now that team builder is gone, encountering premade teams is really high even in chosen solo queues. After being reported for no reason other than we lost and the premade didn't like my character choice, I decided just not to chat at all. Sure enough, and the next game, another premade and we lost again, and I am the odd man out. I was harassed, profanity laced tirades aimed at me, but I chose to say nothing.

Absolutely nothing. No chat at all. Zero chat.

And yet, I have an offensive language infraction? It seems like we can improve the system by actually doing a simple code check to see if someone chatted.

As always, this community is what it is. Please bring back team builder, and that would solve the problem because you will not have the premade mob mentality ostracization behavior. If you can't do that, please actually check the chat to see if there was any chat at all before assigning chat infractions.
