Chat Ban System is Broken, and Riots "Rewards" for Good Behavior Broken. All Broken

It's ridiculous that 2 toxic Duo partners can get 1 non toxic player chat restricted simply because he is being bullied and blamed while they do the following in game and post game:

Give up first blood and feed. Steal cs and mess with cs making csing difficult. Tell all chat lies about you and your gameplay. Curse. Make death and suicide threats. Report you based on nothing except trying to win a game, and defending yourself.

And then you end up with a 10 game chat ban after trying to win and being verbally abused all game being told to kill yourself.

Remaining Riot league of legends staff care about 1 thing. Money, not community and enjoyment of game nor fairness of ranked games and the behavior / honor defects.

You defend yourself by muting the flamers You aren't "defending yourself" when you flame them back If you break the rules, you deserve to be punished If you weren't toxic, you wouldn't have gotten punished How about you post your logs?

If you are reported falsely without having violated any of the ToS or Summoner's Code, the system invalidates the reports and you won't be punished. One report does the same as nine reports in a single game so if the enemy team and the duo report you, it does the same as if just one person had. Again, it all doesn't matter if you haven't done anything wrong. If you are being verbally harassed or flamed, just mute them and report at the end of the game for all applicable categories. In this case it sounds like Verbal Harassment, Negative Attitude, and maybe hate speech if they said you should kill yourself.
