i literally did nothing wrong and i got banned with no warning, i finished a game up and then i left my computer to go walk my dog and then i come back to see this message

my ign is "ur aii weenies" i think you may have banned the wrong person, and it said to check my email so i checked my email and i got no email about this ban, i tried verifying my email to ANOTHER email and still got no email, i would like an explanation about this ban riot

i did not afk, i do not verbally abuse people in chat, i do not feed, i need to know why i was banned, maybe you banned the wrong person

It may take some time to get the email. If the correct email was already verified, make sure you check your spam folder and keep an eye on it. If you still don't get an email by the same time tomorrow I'd recommend submitting a Support Ticket to ask for details.

welp, they said i got banned for cheating, yet they won't release information on how i "cheated" (i didn't if i was i would hack and get my account in challenger or something), good going riot, banning me and not providing evidence of any sorts

Hi!

I got banned aswell and the reason is still unclear. Read the following mail conversation between me and a riotsupport and let me hear what you think. I think that Riotgame is a real shitty business and should be dismantling their company. So many players are used and not treated in a good way.

Bad servers with high latency and client that crashes. People having huge disconnections and gets reported by other angry players for losing their ranked games. Both the disconnected player gets reported, and the angry players that suffer a loss due to bad servers eventually ends up with a permanent suspension.

Mail conversation with LoL Support...

Do you do this often? Think long and hard. Are there several instances where you go afk and go walk your dog? Do you prioritize your ranked games over your dog pooping on the carpet, or vice versa? I know it's bad to let a dog go while you're in a ranked game but you can clean it up and you're good. You can't clean up the results of going afk in a ranked game, undo your lack of map presence and skill usage, be there when your team needed you in the past, and everything is fine. You have to take the game seriously if you're going to start marathoning ranked games. Try to next time begin your marathons AFTER your dog has been taken out and business has well been taken care of. That's just my observations.

I came back to LoL and found out that my MAIN account (not this one) is not accessible. I tried to restore the password but I didnt receive it - apparently account mail was changed since i dont receive any mail from riot - so I wrote a ticket to riot via https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new providing most details. Afterwards I get this reply:

_Hey XXXXX,

Your account has been permanently banned after being escalated through multiple levels of punishment by our disciplinary audits.

While we do our best at Riot Games to encourage reform, we permanently remove players who continue to create negative experiences from our game.

This action is only taken after repeat punishments and we will not lift the suspension under any circumstance.

Although this marks the end of the line, we’re confident that with some reflection you will be able to avoid this kind of situation with whatever new games you decide to play.

Best of luck in your future endeavors.

The last time I played was in 2015 when I got a severe virus that completely locked my HDD and afterwards I took the computer to the repair shop, I even managed to find some papers, which I forwarded to Riot (showing that it was being repaired in feb of 2015), luckly I save all warranty papers, repair papers, purchase papers etc, so I have some proof of taking the computer to the repair shop. I also asked riot to check from which IP the person who hacked me was playing, since I only played from two address until feb of 2015 (one close to my university and one from home). WHen I checked LOLKING i could see that the account was being used and games were being played until 2016. Again, it is not this account Im writing this topic from, but another account, my brother lend me this account just so I could write ticket as I cant access/restore password from my account which is banned.

I am still waiting for a reply from riot ( https://support.riotgames.com/hc/requests/29502945 ). Any Idea what else could I provide to Riot to prove that it was not me playing?

What else can I do?

riot games look, i played over 3k games i fighted so hard to just get to plat 5 and to get better at the game. and i just got banned after a game without any warrning or any chattbann now im just really fucking pist.. get my acc back rundbejs and i spent 100$ for nothing... riot please, don't perma bann players just bann them from the chatt or in a month........

My account has been banned for no reason aswell, i said something in my own language (Romanian) And i got permanently banned... Somone in my team was flaming and cursing and he didn't got banned, but i did just because i said your mom in my language that's sad you know... and i wasted like 176 dollars in this useless game....

also banned for no reason. obviously it was by employees who lost to me. or just ignorant people in charge of reviewing reports. gg though, the game is a joke now with last updates. Mordekaiser… Blind, people go to a lane that was already called and ruin the game. If you can't get your cs because there is another person in your lane, your team calls you a feeder and you get banned. Who is really reviewing these reports??????? I could care less. it is too easy to make another account. but really, do I want to support this kind of management?? Don't think so.

Well Idk about the reason but it says Dec 31 1969 because Rito runs on Unix time which is the time since Jan 1 1970. This ban basically means that your ban is until literally the end of time. As far as I can tell there isn't a type of ban associated with 1969's (some years indicate the issue) open a support ticket and ask?

Your name has a lot of "i's", riot has been KNOWN to ban people because of confusion of the letter "I" and the letter "I" (yes, they are different). So yours was probably a mistake.

Not afking, since afking only results in LP not bans.

Not flaming, since you get a reform card with that.

Not a 3rd something software, cuz they do that in waves.

Could be you got hacked, and riot wants to keep your account safe.(they perma ban accounts they think got hacked, and return to the rightful user once a support ticket is submitted)

A chargeback possibly? Or did you receive any suspicious skin gifts recently.

BUT , theese are all guesses! Send a ticket to riot support ASAP! only they know the truth.

Hey I also met this problem today. I did nothing and the riot banned my account. Maybe the problem of verified email but my verified email address is right and successful. I do not know what to do next and I sent my tickets to riot but did not receive reply yet.
