so a note. it was a 2v2 lane. no camp no anything. 3v3 when counter ganked. the mf didnt move and was undertower when leona was fighting trying to get a kill. then 15 min in she went afk for 8 min. at the end of the game (29 min in) she had 45 cs. what do you think? troll or nah?
Did the person say anything? AFK the whole time? Connection problems? Was it a bot?

Post the replay and you'll get an actual answer. Unless the end justifies the means for you, every time.
There are so many more factors at play here than just a score at the end of the game. I didn't even bother looking at your image because you didn't even bother to put in the effort in making your thread.
You could have used the match history page to show useful information that backs up your assertion that this player was feeding by showing a heat map of where they died, build info if they were intentionally buying items that don't work on their character, or the stats page that breaks down everything they did, like damage to enemies and objectives which would show if they were even helping the team at all. Instead you chose to post a tiny little screenshot of the end-game screen and a worthless poll with the description "2v2 lane no camp no anything", like that sentence could possibly help us answer your question.
