A question about honor level increasing

If I played while I felt pretty sick and fed the enemy team playing poorly, and i get reported for intentional feeding when all I did was have a game where I was sick (bad allergies, headache, etc) and unable to play well and fed a lot of deaths as a result but I wasn't toxic at all during the game, will my honor level take longer to increase because of that bad game?
