Honor level and season rewards

You guys will know by now that in order to receive season rewards, you need to be at least honor level 2 by Nov. 12. And I am sure many of you guys have flamed at least once and got chat restriction like myself, because you know ranked game is pretty competitive.

As new honor system has been introduced, for those who got penalties, it is incredibly hard to level up honor level with 3 checkpoints + leveling up system (so technicaly 4 checkpoints). I have noticed that a lot of people who are in honor level 0 or 1 are suffering to reach higher. They think it is hopeless to reach honor level 2 to ultimately get season rewards. I am sure you guys care about victorious skin amd border.

So here is my thought. I think, even if player's honor level isnt high enough by the time when season ends, if his/her honor level reaches level 2 some time at next season, he/she should be able to get those rewards. Dont you think that is fair? Because it clearly shows that you have developed the good plays and stayed cool. I think the system needs to be changed in such way. In this way many users will try to be more respectful than right now. Many don't even bother trying to level up their honor levels and it will get worse ans worse. According to stat, more than 50 percent belongs to bronze/silver and they really want to get the victorious skin. However, riot is currently wanting users to be perfect human being, which is impossible. Users in silver to gold promotion know how it can be frustrating when people troll, int, or boost. Because we all are imperfect, hatred or cursing words might come out but riot is giving penalties for all those people and they just give up being good people because what's the point when leveling honor is seriously a long journey.

To make it clear: even if your honor level is not level 2 by the time season ends, if users develop their honor levels and make it to level 2 some time next season, at that point, users should be getting rewards because it clearly shows they have developed good plays. Please upvote this idea so riot will take a look and apply it as soon as possible.

First off; no. Just, no. The rewards are, and will always be, exclusive to the season. If you break the rules and make yourself ineligible for the rewards, that's it, full stop, you will not get them, no matter how much you reform after the fact.

They don't want you to be a perfect human being, they want you to be a decent one. Is that really so much to ask?

The honor system is so dumb. You can buy honor boosts if you are rich. Riot is just punishing the poors lmao.

I don't think it's okay for people to just get the rewards of season 8 at season 9 , but i think they should give a second chance to ppl who didn't make it to honor level 2 before season ends and make it so they have until next season starts to get lvl 2 , it's the least you could do, i mean after all , it was much better when there was no honor levels, if u got a ban 3 months before season ended sry but no rewards , other wise u good to go. this leveling honor and people renaming to E girl names to farm honors is just pathetic.
