I ordinarily would file a support ticket to "general questions", but now that goes to a page that says I should put that on the boards. But I can't since it's "naming and shaming".
Where should I report these?
Oh also, do not post scam links. I get that you're trying to bring attention to it so Riot can take action, but posting scams here can expose players to it that otherwise would never see it.
If you press the Feedback category it'll say to go to the boards, and that won't change if you then click General Questions. You must click General Questions first. I've tried getting this fixed but I guess I'll have to pass it up again.

That's a good question Caity. I honestly don't know so I'd probably recommend reaching out to one of the moderators on the Boards so that they can hopefully pass it along to a Rioter.
