Hextech Bans Too Long!

Hey!

So basically i was recently banned for 2 weeks for toxicity, now i know the instant comment will be "dont be toxic in the first place" but when your playing a ranked game and your darius is 1 and 20 and he is flaming you for being useless when your 6 and 4 trying your best im pretty sure most people would spike back. Anyways i came off my 2 week ban 3 weeks ago and have been grinding ranked ever since. I have the hextech loot ban "Unable to earn loot due to previous behavioral issues" and it hasnt left for 3 weeks...I havent been toxic i have been reporting toxic players and trying to keep myself as calm and reformed as possible and not flaming anyone. Its been 3 weeks since then and i still have this loot ban im beginning to think it wont leave for a long time :( ...I took to twitter to ask riot why its taking so long too respond and their auto response bot replied with "be positive and you will be earning loot in the next couple days" ... "COUPLE DAYS" and its been 2 weeks since i sent that tweet. So riot im just wondering where are your heads at, i think the time restraints are a bit to harsh.
