Couldn't connect to an ARURF game

So I was going to get into the loading screen but I couldn't because of some unknown DirectX errors. I restarted my computer , network and I got into the game at 13:30 , and i played for 5 minutes then we lost . After the game ended , there was yellow text in the chat saying "You are ineligible to earn loot due to leaving or AFK behaviors." . Is it for this game only or multiple games?
