Let me tell you about my tale of previous account:
I am what is considered "active".
I used to complain alot about basics like ppl chatspamming when the lobby starts (mid top top adc bot pre jkj mid mid mid copy+v text )
this alone gives me the yikes because no decent human beeing would be in the needs for this.
we got plenty of snowflakes ingame who fail at basics, like warding, listening to ping, not listening to other players.
the common thing... by asking to do their job, by frequently saying youre bad, you should be banned, please ward and such
this will be considered negative.
the truth is, riot games is a lot <insert tons of words not allowed>.
their way to handle their own shortcomings is by applying a zero tolerance wordfilter to thin the heards,
not to actually face the problem at hand
toxicity and verbal rage is a cause and effect, and the cause goes unpunished.
the same sad truth can be applied to this board ,esp. the player behaviour section.
we got ons of toxics trolls in here who disagree on your point of view and out of spite and because they can stick it to you

they down vote you.
the problem however, is not solved.
so TLDR
just dont use the chat... it brings nothing good.
its harsh lesson to learn but riot games doesnt care about it at all .
best you can do is dont give em an angle.
