2nd chance

hello,so i was just curious why cant riot give some1 2nd chance if they got perma banned,i mean i got perma ban and half of these chat logs are not even 1% of toxic,and riot dont want me to play this game again because i was way "too toxic" literally people who troll and lose your game report you because you said "report this guy if not problem",it is just so sad my friend,who is way more toxic than any other player i know isnt getting bans or anything and every time he dies he says like "wish you cancer" "die in hell" and so on i know i maybe "offended" those players who trolled and lost my game by saying to enemy team to report him,but why didnt he get ban too? i know this wont get my acc back,because as i said riot doesnt want me to play this game again but i do,i have other account which is platinum too and ive never get any ban there,and this is my 1st time for getting permanent ban i mean its not like i dont care about my account cuz i have other one,but i just want that account back and reach diamond on it and after season end go to west...so is there any chance to get my account unbanned? :P do i need to sell my kidney just to get account back or what? i mean im sorry if i was way too "toxic" but i just want that account back.. if jensen from c9 could get 2nd chance why cant any1 get it? he ddosed games,he had abusive behaviour and poor sportsmanship and he still got 2nd chance just because he is pro player :/ thats all im going to say. btw im sorry for my bad english cuz it is not that best and for writing bible
