How would I go about resolving this issue and requesting a re-evaluation? False report.

I personally feel as though I was falsely muted/chat banned - the player was being super toxic, to the point that it almost resulted in me quitting the game, however, I perservered and answered him in a calm and friendly manner, how do I request the staff to re-evaluate the chat logs and look at what the player was saying rather than what I was saying? Or possibly to look at the chat as a whole?

The issue is resolved. You were punished for a pattern of negative chat.

False report.

False reports do not result in punishments.

You do not get to violate the rules just because someone else started it.

Just so you know, asking people to get other people punished (report x) is against the rules. So if you do that often, its eventually gonna get you punished. The system punishes based on consistency and severity. Consistent mild rule breaking will be punished, and very inconsistent harsh flaming will be punished. Im guessing you are consistently breaking the rules in a very mild way by asking for reports and calling people names like toxic.

Just turn off chat, people that play this game are filth so I recommend not even thinking about speaking to them. I would rather be able to play in peace than be able to communicate anyway, sucks but it isn't your fault the community is so crap.
