Ban for using 3rd party software, while not using any

I don't really know where to put this appeal, on the support, here or as last option on reddit. So, today I got banned for 3rd party software. After getting out of a game of ranked play, my league of legends client just turned off, when I wanted to start it up I found this at login (screenshot included). I don't know why I was banned, since I don't script/hack. I had Skinspotlight Replays on at this moment, version 2.0.0.20. This may have something to do with it. After the game I was looking through my replays, but it did not show up, so it might be a older version of skinspotlight, I looked it up on their website and it did not say anything about an update for patch 6.16. This may have caused the problem, or this might be a bug or glitch. Since I do not hack and never have.

I'm pretty sure skinspotlight replays is legal, because it is also used in streams of LCS.

You'll need to submit a Support Ticket to contact Riot about your ban. If you were banned for illegal 3rd party programs they will be unable to give you details on what they found though, to help prevent players from using that information to circumvent detection.
