EUW Perma Ban Dispute - WHAT IS THIS????????
I want to question this Permanent Ban; why on Earth I received one and under what terms. Perhaps my attitude is not the best or positive at all times but here I certainly wanted to win and DEFINITELY did not make the game UNPLAYABLE or UNFUN for anyone in this game!! Why are these sensitive players so immune to pressing a mute button, why am I PERMANENTLY banned if this person takes no steps to resolve this issue with me themselves.
If anyone in this lobby struggled to play the game with me and TRULY believed I was harassing them, they would've taken action during the game and pressed the mute button which ironically is never emphasised by RIOT when a report is being filed "Remember to mute Harassing/Dislikable/Unfriendly etc players". The fact that this is only one game is completely puzzling.

Overall I'm still baffled by riots decision here. I have been banned before on different terms, I understood what I was told and I never repeated that behaviour again and I believe that those bans where in reason. However this, this ban is unacceptable as I feel I was reforming and actually becoming dedicated again. Hopefully I can gain some insight into this ban and why it occurred and see if it is within reason or not. I tried my best throughout this game and never quit, tried my best.
