Perma banned because of using 3rd party program?

Just got a message saying my account is permanently banned because of using 3rd party program right after I finished a game. But I've never used any 3rd party tool, not even curse or discord. I haven't even played any rank recently. And the reason why is I lost my latest few rank games so badly. I searched online a bit and see riot did sometimes mistakenly ban. I wonder if anyone recently experience that since I found there were "mistakenly ban wave" in the past

Edit: Like many other players, I invested a lot of money and time to this account. I really hope Riot can disclose the proofs, all I want to see is when did I use what third party program in which game that caused the system ban my account? I really don't think this is too much to ask for. In that way, riot can either prove (show to the public) that I deserves this ban and continue to be proud of your detecting system or riot can comfort an angry but loyal customer and improve your detecting system. Thanks in advance.

Above is the link showing my conversation with a support agent. (Let me know if you cannot access) Basically whatever I asked/said will get one response. "We are not going to show you any proof, our system thinks you are guilty, so screw you" This is just a FYI to anyone here that might have same issue with them. I don't want to comment their attitude since that might be biased. I still have a few gold/plat accounts, but like I said if Riot can ban ppl without showing any proof, they deserve a ban from me as well.

After all I want to make a fair curse. If I did use the third party program that caused this ban, I wish myself the worst luck in my rest of life. However, if I didn't, I wish every single employee and their family from league of legends will live miserably in their rest life. I'm sorry to do this, but only this will make myself feel better because I AM INNOCENT.

i dont know much about the 3rd party permabans so i cant really help you here. false bans indeed happen. i think your best bet is to write a ticket to the support. and dont give up on it, they usually answer you with a copy paste answer first but keep at it and you'll get a human reply.

BUT... dont get your hopes up too high... the chance of a false ban is very small.

Here's the really strange part, I checked my match History, last time I played on Live server was Dec 6th, I played a flex game with my friends as a support poppy, it was a game we didn't win. I went like 7/3/9 or something on that match, did someone report me? I don't even know what happen, I connected a few days ago, the account was Fine, no issues and now when I try to connect, it states banned for third party!?!? When the heck did this happen? I played 1-4 games this month. Been playing PBE server Snowday ARUF all month. Haven't heard a reply back from them yet

smh, quit actin innocent. making a post trying to appeal that you werent using scripts isnt gonna fool the trib.

I also got a ban yesterday for same reasoning, the only thing that has changed for my system recently is upgraded to new version of a software kvm. I am trying to get past the auto response scripts, because the software kvm is a network tool but should not violate tos not different than someone having two monitors.

It happened to me in 5 different accounts within the last month. I don't understand what triggers my accounts as using 3rd party software. I asked for proof and they simply said "No". After the 5th account -this one- is banned, I opened a ticket out of frustration and threatened to consult for legality. They simply closed the ticket and said we will not do anything, so do it.

I wouldn't have wasted my time contesting their decisions if I was actually cheating.

Hello, I would like to ask if this problem has been resolved, or the ban has remained permanent. Today, I've become the same, and I have not used any software that influences the game in my life. Maximum XSplit for Stream Test. Thank you for answer.
