Well just think of many accounts that have been made by people who just thought of a better name at lvl 10 and decided to make a new account... the people who got sick of the game really fast, the people who just made an account to see what LoL is about but never played again... the many little kids who are actually good kids and don't spew toxic shit. The people who just play to have a fun with friends or who were never that good at games to begin with so they don't insult other people cuz they're too bad to even notice their own mistakes, let alone others mistakes. I believe the 5% is pretty accurate or close enough, why not. Also I've never been punished besides a leaverbuster so I imagine there's millions of others like me cuz it's not like I mute people or say nothing... I talk a lot in game.
My favorite one is "Players who curse lose 13% more games". Well duh, why would they curse at their team if theyre winning? Rito logic.

I mean I am absolutely awful in game. I constantly make fun of my own team and the enemy team and act like a total jerk. Still have yet to receive anything other than the "we understand everyone has a bad day" warning. Makes me wonder just how awful the people who actually get chat restricted are.
Well if that percentage is of all the accounts not banned in the game currently, including accounts that are inactive then I think its legit.

i have 60 friends on lol and only 2 of them have had banns/chat restrictions. stat seems about right.

Its only true IF they include literally every acct....such as those who made an acct, played 1 game of bots, quit league...etc. If they include the entire account graveyard then yeah.....its possible.

Those numbers came from the crazy guy pretending his was a medical shrink that riot had working here just last year till he tried to do psychological testing on random league of legends children by faking bans and telling them they could get unban if they helped the nut job with his new "thesis" by taking his test.... or getting on knees and 'praying' to him who knows
