Account compromised, banned for third-party programs

Hello. A while ago i wanted to log on to my account after some hard months of schoolwork and such. In that timeframe i had only played around 10 games, and they were games where i played mainly with my friends just for fun. I was done with most of my schoolwork though, and wanted to get back to League of Legends. I opened the League of Legends client and entered my username and password, but i was greeted with a message saying that the password or email may have been incorrect. Thinking i had just forgotten the password, I did what most League of Legends players would do, and that was to issue a password reset.

After issuing the password reset i waited a while, but apparently got no message to any of my emails. At this point i was starting to worry, as i had already lost one of my accounts on another game just recently. So i went over to Riot support immediately and told them that i was worried my account may have been lost and that i would like to request help with recovering my account.

These are the IDs for that problem: #37171343, #37171703, #37183940(this ticket somehow cannot be found?) The timeframe of this problem: 19th of October - 28th of October.

I remember that i had to give them the initial email that i used to make the account, which was really hard to remember as my memory was kind of obscured, but i finally remembered that my friend had actually helped me create the account a long time ago :D So that was all nice and good and i had to give a bit more information about gifts to friends and such.

All the while i was communicating to Riot support and trying to recover my compromised account, the person who had stolen my account had played 2 games on my account. You can look my match history up to see that the person had played 2 games, 1 on 19th of October, and 1 on the 20th of October. I even told Riot support that the person was playing on my account.

I have seen Riot support employees performing a lockdown on compromised accounts before and i wonder why nothing like that was performed on my account? Anyways, i am not blaming Riot support at all but i wish they would have performed a lockdown on my account so the person who compromised it could not play any games at all while i was trying to recover my account.

After all of this i finally got back the ownership of my account. I immediately changed the email and password assigned to my account and several of my accounts on other games as well + a complete virus scan with norton security. I then logged in to my beloved account and everything was nice and good so i went to sleep. When i woke up i was ready to play some League, so i logged on to my account, but to my surprise, was greeted with a message saying i had been banned for third party programs.

I have never ever used scripts, bots or whatever you call them. I used one of those custom skin things in 2015 once, but that, in addition to overwolf, is the only third party program i have ever used in my life on League of Legend. This person who compromised my account must have used some sort of third party program that got him/her banned. Keep in mind i could log in to my account the day i got it back.

This is a long time ago and i KNOW i am innocent. Please help me with this :(

This is what i wrote to Riot support but all they did was forward me to another ticket which didn't help for shit. Riot has also said no compromise has been found on my account although i clearly went through the process of recovering it after.someone played 2 games on it. If anyone wants proof of that then you are welcome to ask.

I know people like to jump to conclusions before knowing the complete story and you are completely free to do so, but please if you can, wait until the case is resolved as i am 100% sure i am innocent. I hope i can get enough attention so Riot will take my case seriously.

The boards unfortunately are unable to help you with a situation like that. If you've opened a ticket up all you can do is be patient. Keep in mind that replying to that ticket pushes it to the bottom of the list.
