I just got perma banned, and I don't know what for, take a look for yourself

Yes, I called for open because we were down 10 kills to 0 at 13 minutes (mid diamond so chances of coming back are pretty low compared to if this was gold) our bot lane was severely behind, mid lane was losing, and our jungle needed to much time to ramp. I didn't want to waste time. It's not like I AFKd, I kept playing until 2 people died, and I just said open because they were pushing anyway.

I said I'll solo lose this one because I was getting frustrated with my team, I didn't actually run it the fuck down or anything. I said that while I was dead from a gank while my team wasn't doing much. The post game chat was to egg on my jungle because he kept calling me extremely verbally abusive things. Did I call him anything back? No

Is this really perma bannable?

It's not really for one specific action, it's for your consistently negative attitude all throughout these games. Throughout both of these games you're giving up early, telling your allies how to play (mostly in passive-aggressive ways), and making backhanded comments about their decisions.

These are prime examples of giving up/general unsportsmanlike attitude. When you accept a queue you agree to stick the game out to the end, no matter what happens. Constantly badgering your team with comments like "It's over", "give up", and "it's done, move on and stop wasting my time" directly contributes to your loss and that mentality destroys all possibility of a comeback.

In these messages you're just being really passive-aggressive towards your teammates, sometimes downright insulting them like calling your toplaner a cuck. Same as above, this attitude directly contributes to a loss and sets yourself up for reports of your own.

You were still beefing with him, and you went back and forth for a portion of the game. While you may not have done anything as heinous as cursing him out, your attitude was considered unacceptable and that should have been made clear to you from your previous punishments.

On your previous report card (14-day ban) it was stated that any continued negativity would result in a permanent suspension. Sorry, but there's not much to argue here. You can try filing a support ticket to dispute the ban but it seems that it wasn't made in error.

The punishment system does not work like this:

  • Action A = Punishment B
  • Action X = Punishment Y

The punishment system does work like this:

  • Tier 1 = 10-game chat restriction
  • Tier 2 = 25-game chat restriction
  • Tier 3 = 14-day suspension
  • Tier 4 = Permanent ban

You spend entire games arguing with your team, criticizing them, and being negative instead of playing the game. Your last punishment card (the 14-day suspension) clearly told you that the next step would be a permanent ban. You decided that banging on the keyboard was worth more than your account.

Constantly trash talking your team saying they are bad/didn't have an impact doesn't do anything except increase your chances of losing the game. The fact you typed so much and kept saying "it's over go next" is griefing.

Also, doesn't help you encouraged them to report you in the post game lobby with what you said. Try not saying anything next time?

That is like 100 games worth of msg for me, don't like someone, full mute them or if you really pissed, get your 2 pennies worth of chat then full mute them to kill the argument. Report them for feeding after game and move on.

I love it when a toxic player never sees the light of day again unless they grind out another account. Thousands of hours and potentially money wasted. I don't normally take joy in permanent bans, but this does put a smile on my face.

Can you not see your game chat or something?? You're clearly showing negative attitude towards your team. You don't have to be rude to communicate.
