Bad teams?

Why do i keep getting bad teams? currently, ranked isnt fun at all and it is easy, its just the same, win lane, do good, but still lose due to bad teams

ive played 15 games today and still no rankup, its so boring

Isnt there any way to stop a bad team streak?

Oh yeah, really? Did you really win your lane? I would say that the person who you think you beat in lane, who managed to come back and win the game despite being behind, actually won the lane.
