i spent 100$ on my account to get banned for saying kys and that guy can just escape like that.? cmon riot you can do WAY more than that

AND NO IM NOT TELLING RIOT TO UNBAN ME (it would be a gift from the gods to get unbanned) but riot doesnt change their mind

Okay, there are several things wrong here so I'll list them.

Just because someone has not been banned for a single instance of poor behavior doesn't mean that it didn't contribute to their ban.
IP bans are worthless and counter productive. They do more harm than good in today's world.
Your ban, the money you spent, etc has no relevance to this person's behavior.

Nameshaming on the boards is not allowed cencor the names. You cant know if they get punished or not so why you complain? Every punishment case gets treated seperatly.

Hey,

Naming other players that were toxic is considered Name & Shame which is a violation of the Universal Rules. I've gone ahead and edited your OP since asking about player behavior you encounter is fine so long as you don't name the other players. In the future, just make sure to hit an edit on those names before posting.

If you do encounter people that are being toxic or trolling, always remember to report them using the client feature as that is how Riot is going to gather evidence of their trolling behavior. Riot does have zero tolerance policies on things like hate speech and saying "KYS" to others which is why people are banned more quickly for that behavior, but when it comes to trolling, Riot needs evidence of the trolling and consistent trolling in order to issue a ban. If you keep reporting trolls either through the client or report tickets they will have action taken against them when there is enough evidence against their accounts.
