Twisted Treeline is being overrun by the dreaded bots

Historically the Twisted Treeline map, flaws and all, has been my favorite League game mode. Despite a lack of consistent support, it expresses a fast gameplay experience that provides players with the ability to redefine meta on a game by game basis.

In the past, it was widely known that a large percentage of players making up the old Dominion player-base were bot accounts (computer driven units used to grind for IP and the process of selling level 30 accounts). However, upon the discontinuation of the Dominion game mode, the vast majority of those accounts made their way to Twisted Treeline. Inasmuch, it is rare to go a game without seeing a beginner bot playing for one, if not both teams. I have even been in a game where I was the only human player.

Something needs to be adjusted to dissuade the usage of these accounts, or give players a way to directly address the issue. It gives teams distinct disadvantages that they have no control over and eats away at the integrity of the general League atmosphere. Does any one have suggestions as to how we might raise awareness of this matter?
