Instant 14 day ban means you used a zero tolerance word/phrase.
In any case, you'll get your account back in two weeks. Just know that you're on very thin ice at that point and any level of toxicity (from saying "use your brain dummy" to outright vulgar flaming) can and will get your account permabanned if the report is deemed viable.
Post the logs.
Also, side note: coming at riot aggressive like this only makes things harder if you actually wanted to talk to riot support.
