Punishments need to be more strict!

I feel like toxic players, afkers, rqers, aren't punished enough and get slaps on the wrists, when they need full fledged super donkey punches in the nut sacks. Any way to do like cs go and ban them from ranked with more time each time they do these sort of things? I've seen nothing but toxicity the last few weeks and it's ruining so many games some on my team and some on the other team, it's like 1 toxic person ruins another person promos by harassing them and then rqing out the game and then that person going into the next game with a pissed off attitude ready to ruin the next persons game and so on and this forms a vicious cycle of never ending bs games. There has to be a more efficient way to punish these people and make them think twice about not doing it again. less chat suspensions and more game suspensions. Slaps on the wrist never cut it. It's time to start punching kids where it counts, in the balls. Up the punishment please.
