The Truth Behind Getting Banned
Ok guys i have a serious question and if possible i want it answered with hard mathematics..... What presicely it takes for someone to get banned? (chat bans only)

Precisely? You're not going to get this answer, Riot isn't going to teach people how to game the system. If you are frequently a jerk to other people or your behavior is severe, you'll get punished. Extreme behavior such as using hate speech or telling people to kill themselves is the easiest way to get a quick ban for chat offenses.
With how their system is performing, it's somewhere in the lines of -
pseudo code:
If player saying bad words
- player potty mouth status ++
- if said bad words in last few games and player potty mouth status is high - punish bad player
If player not potty mouth for some games
- potty mouth - -
