How do you actually get raise honor though? Since the start of season 9, I've been honor 0 due to toxic behaviors. Sure, the honor system got me there. I wasn't able to get anything, from hextech boxes to keys to open boxes I already owned. But for the rest of the season, I have been as non toxic as possible, and I am still honor 0, and in checkpoint 0 of 3. Why am I not raising in honor? I am getting honored the majority of games by people not in my premade, as well as getting the "little bit of extra honor" thing when everyone honors each other. I still have yet to increase in honor even slightly, so anyone that can help me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Being as "non toxic as possible" for you may not be as non toxic as is acceptable. Assuming you play regularly (a couple games a day as an average), the only reason your honor hasn't increased is that you continue misbehaving in games, but not to the extent that merits another punishment.

You shouldn't be thinking "being as non toxic as possible". It's possible to be virtually 100% non toxic - aside from maybe one slip up in many, many games. There are many players that are never toxic in game chat. Note I didn't say they aren't toxic ever - simply that they don't express it in game chat. They may alt tab to use a notepad, they may scream out loud or talk to people on discord, or whatever, but they don't do it in game chat so it doesn't affect other players in game. Your goal should not be "as possible" - your goal should be "ever" - and the fact that you have this sub-optimal goal shows that you have not seriously reformed. Serious reform would be a complete cessation of toxic behavior aside from one extremely rare slip up - not "as much as possible" - that shows me that you still think there are times where it's "impossible" for you to not be toxic - and there are no such times.
