This banning system is actually a joke?

Is this a joke? I was chat banned 26 games, I didn't curse or be toxic and the examples they used for my ban are literally me deflecting toxicity from my teammates twice. Furthermore they allow accounts to be created with the name "Dirty Nig Her" (link above). Is this a joke? Do I not have the right to be frustrated? Why don't they just disable chat all together if you're not allowed to respond in any way and just need to be a perfect angel. Here is the text "proving" my toxicity.
