Toxicity and the people in game

I, myself get toxic at times and flame, but I don't do it for no reason, never! Do you guys ever play league and your jungler or some oter laner just comes up to your lane and just take one or two waves for no reason? Yes, I have heard of taxing, but I've never known taxing to be one or two waves. Also, other times when people are really toxic is when another fellow summoner is actually starting it and just getting you really pissed off. I have indeed heard of a mute button, and I've been told to use it when people are being extremely toxic, but still. I cannot just let these internet junkies just get the best of me, I have this strong urge to get them back. Anyone else like this?

I completelly understand you and agree with you...If Riot had any interest in being fair they would ban the one who started the flame...and yes...the game is flooded with 9 yearolds and getting a decent team(decent by Bronze 5 standards so not even that good) is getting more and more rare...I had ADCs using their ulti on the opposite direction of the enemy or just in random times...I had a Yi that was regenerating at full health...and ofcource the very popular Leaving their lane and going to another one without saying anything to anyone or giving a reason...Riot does not care...they have abandoned anyone who is under diamond league and punishments come randomlly just for the sake of saying that people are being punished..
