Why the new Disconnect choice is bad

So now we have all had issues when connecting to games, simple disconnects happen all the time during the connection process.. For me about once a day i would experience a disconnect as screen was loading but would join the game in time before first wave began.. So riot implements this new thing that if I get this disconnect for even a second while in loading screen they give the option to disband the game..So it;s a luck of the draw thing now, a week ago i had this happen, today I had it happen again..normally i would be in the game no harm no foul, now I get afk restriction for 5 games, and if i keep playing league I am sure in a week's time it will happen again, then what a permanent ban? It;s one thing to have a disconnect for 10 minutes or even five, but punishing people for disconnect that last a minute is too much. Before you say this won;t be you, how many people here have ATT or comcast, or any of these other providers that during the day you will have disconnects about 3-4 times randomly during the day..these last usually a total of 3 minutes...But yet we are thrown into the pool of people that literally afk a game and never appear, or leave a tough game.. So there will be alot of this going on, and we will lose alot of players in league..sure people lucky to have fios or google will be fine, but how many more people have a normal internet service?
