Is intentionally feeding in a 5 man premade still considered trolling?

The other day i was playing a game with a friend with the enemy team being a 5 man premade and their jungler spent the entire game inting running down every lane and feeding kills to everyone. We repeatedly asked them to stop but got no response from them all until the end of the game. They actually ended up winning because we had a horrible team comp and their top and mid were rly good and carried the game by themselves. At the end game screen i told them i was gonna report Cait anyway for ruining the competitive integrity of the game and they told me something along the lines of " STFU we are all premade and just wanted to see if we could win with a troll :D " 10 min later i get the Instant Feedback telling me a player i reported was punished and he must have gotten a 14 day ban because i checked his profile and he hasnt played a game since.

So i wanted to ask your opinion on the matter because im kinda conflicted about it, should i have reported him or not since he was playing with a team of friends?

Absolutely. The match included more than just their team, after all. And you said it yourself, their intentionally feeding was ruining the game for you. You're well within your rights to report them, and it genuinely doesn't matter if they were in a 5-man premade or not - intentionally feeding is intentionally feeding.

Their premade teammates may have seen it as a harmless challenge, but, again - there's more than just those five players playing, and you were negatively impacted by it.

If i see an inter, I'll report it regardless if it was an ally or enemy. I want a good competitive game, not an easy handout walk in the park.

If they're going to do something stupid like that, they might as well just ask you guys first.

I've played one game, back in old URF, where the enemy Bard and I just chilled together in the jungle taking turns ulting and tunneling. Both our teams were cool with it and completely ignored us (except for the occasional joke ult from GP) after giving us permission. That's the kind of "trolling" that's fine.

Your opponents are real people who showed up to play a real game. This isn't just about your team, it's about all ten people playing the game.

If something is going to happen make sure it's fun for everyone involved, otherwise it's definitely reportable.

I'd hate to be facing enemies who are willfully giving me the victory. I want some challenge!

If theyre all in a premade and want to dick around, i dont see why they should be punished if their entire team is on the up and up and ok with it. Its like playing ultimate bravery in normals or ranked with a full premade.

Basically the only thing that people on these boards think should not be punishable is griefing your teammates. So, since the inter wasn't griefing their teammates, I'm sure that everyone will say they should be banned.

Sure man, there's also 5 other players you seem to disregarded completely. If this is the one game I get for today and I am chasing that Andrenalin and you just turret dives over and over. Well, guess what I dont find that funny, and instead I find it distasteful, thx for the win but here is a report for you. You welcome. ❤️

I would classify it as competative bming more than anything

Like trick2g disrespects taken to a whole new level

If their entire team is fine with what they are doing, it's okay, whatever it is. If the inter is against you, then he's helping you, what would you be complaining about, and if that's the challenge the other team is willing to put themselves through, why would it be trolling? The bottom line is you got somebody banned for having fun at nobody's expense...
