Nubrac is like the chillest player there is, and his strategies do work and are meant to win games, because while your adc suffers the enemy top laner becomes so behind they are inclined to ragequit, and if your adc plays ezreal or sivir they can hold bot while enemy top is inclined to ragequit. IMO if you really banned Nubrac because Nightblue reported him you are literally making this game fortnite, where ninja gets to ban people if they dance after killing him, and thats the the most BS thing i've heard of. This is a lack of justice and the rioters that evaluated this should be retrained on what is inting. He has literally 400+ games of teemo and this is not just a one time thing, and he is clearly trying to win because you can see his rank is masters and playing teemo is his strategy to win games.

I played Duo Top to get from bronze to Silver abusing Klepto and ancient coin on Lulu from Jg position, convincing the top laner to freeze and under push so I could harass the enemy top laner away from farm so theys losing out on expand gold, generally setting up the early double kill with the enemy jg coming top while only having their first buy jg item to fight with.
Terribly effective strategy, hope this player is unbanned.

Can a Rioter explain this?
I even played with his strategy, while i was extremely triggered by him coming to duo top and steal my xp, his strategy did work and the enemy Camille top ended up super behind, even tho my team had great smurfs too
