I got what is in my opinion an unjustified permanent ban, what is your guys opinion on this ?

I had inting teammates in both of these games and all i did was talk with them mind you i never told them anything horrific nor insult them as a person. i really feel like these punishments are getting out of hand, here are the logs : Game 1 Pre-Game Bunkleyyyy: dont ban thresh/morg Bunkleyyyy: she is a jungler ?

This is absolutely a justified punishment. You spend nearly the entire game insulting or criticizing your teammates, which is not permitted behavior. It's not always a case of filtered words, but rather the way you carry yourself in game, and what you did here shows an inclination to harass and belittle those you play with that is not considered appropriate in this game.

You clearly had previous punishments and flaming in these games was the last straw. If this were your first offense I'd say it was a little harsh, but there's a 0.0% chance that it is.

I am assuming you had a qiyana on your team? Yea it is best to ban her so your team does not pick her. Any team with qiyana is an autoloss.

Even if this was an unjustified ban, you would have to get 3 warnings: one pregame queue warning, one 3 day ban, and one 14 day ban, before you get permaed. This permaban just means that if you keep playing lol on another acc, you have to tone down the toxicity.
