Report Character Limit

Lately, I've come across some rather toxic players. Players toxic enough to the point where I feel the need to report them. However, I've noticed that the report character limit is rather low (I don't know precisely what it is). When attempting to provide a detailed description of what the player did wrong, I've found myself at a shortage of characters to do so. I have come across this enough times to make this post. I know it's likely that not very many people use up the entire report space, but for those that do, it would be nice if it would be extended.
