When you have a leaver

Draw out the game as long as possible so Leaver Buster catches them. It's the only way Riot is ever going to deal with Leavers.... just... this game. The leaver is expecting the game to be over soon and doesn't want to try. So you make sure they get caught and then report for good measure.
