How stupid can someone be

Hi, I just played a ranked game as Yasuo mid, and had a Gnar top on my team. So our jungle went Karma, because we needed some AP in our team. She played well, even won a 1v1 vs Jax in the jungle. BUT, its no ranked without flame. Right from the start, our premade bot flamed her. For troll pick, THE WHOLE GAME. But she still keept on playing and tried her best. After the game I asked why they flamed her, still TROLL PICK REPORTED. How the hell can someone be so stupid. Do people read the LOL rules?
