I like how several of the comments are saying "just mute". Same can be said for the other side of the argument... Punishments are unnecessary for typing things in chat

If you glance at my match history, you’ll see that last night I got utterly shit on by my teammates. It sucked. Folks who can’t land skillshots, afk junglers, you name it.

But flaming them wouldn’t have accomplished anything, so I didn’t.

You should tone down the passive aggressiveness. Saying a mistake your teammates then "=)" brings out the report system and makes players tilted. Only say productive things in chat. Next offense is 14 day ban (https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/207489286-Instant-Feedback-System-FAQ-#h1q3).

I think you kind of invite the flame by complaining off the bat. First chat out of you is you telling the jungler what to do and then complaining about your lane. And it pretty much never stops from there. Please dont be that guy anymore. No one wants to have a losing laner, but a losing laner who complains about it the whole time just makes it at least twice as bad.
