Permanently banned from the game from using third party software

Hi, So i got suddenly permanently banned for using a 3rd party software. I dont even know what this mean and im not that good at computers to be able to use or dowbload it. I have no clue why would i get banned for something i have not absolutely done. I have played this game for years and why would i used a 3 party software? I dont even know what it does. If i loose my account all the money i have invested in buying my in game skins would be lost. It is really unreasonable for them to banned me for this, as i did not do what they banning me for.

Well it is best to address it to support ,so they can tell you what exactly you were banned for ?

Update Finally got a response from support. They referred me to the player behaviour team to look at my case. But told me there is no guarantee I will get my account back. This is just unfair as did not really use a 3rd party software and I have played this game for almost 4 years now. I have so much skins on this account and this is the only account I use. I never let someone play on it and I really don't have the ability to download let alone use a 3rd party software. I just really hope I get my account back.
