What can I do for my own health? And to avoid getting banned?
There's a point in here somewhere. I'll try to summarize:
Horrible day. Horrible week. Lot going on in real life, of course. Sometimes gaming manages to reduce the stress of that. Today I am on an 8 game losing streak. Half of those games had excessive pingers / passive-aggressive supports / trolls, etc. I almost can't take it. It is so easy to lash out in game because of all of this building and building. I mean, I don't play this game to lose. But I also know that a troll popping up in my 9th or 10th game, or underperforming again and then saying something in chat would be me projecting onto the team.
I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations on ways to reduce the stress of what should be a fun experience, or ways to cool off in between. I rarely get like this while gaming but it does happen every now and then.
