I honestly don't understand at all. I did it in the past couple games but I understand that it's really unhealthy and it doesn't help winning at all. There should have a program to block trolls and spam all that. And another that I dont understand, why can't Riot create a new program to not let champions buy items they are not supposed to build. Like getting
