My other account just got a 14 day suspension with no explanation?

This afternoon I tried logging into one of my League of Legends accounts and received and error message on the login screen say that the account was suspended for the next 14 days and to check the associated email for explanation. I checked the email and received no message. This account had no previous punishments and I never used any foul language or hate messages in games so I'm at a loss to explain it. I logged into account support and submitted a ticket asking for explanation. When I logged into this forum on that account to post about it, the account is listed as level 3 and unable to post even though I recently leveled it to 30.

Wut Do?

Upvote a thread or comment in the Help & Support sub-boards to sync your in-game stats to your Boards profile. Can you post the chat logs here?

You will need to submit a support ticket to get more information.

A 14 day ban without being able to log in and see a reform card usually means that it was a manual review and that also means it was likely not chat related.

Check your junk mail. Sometimes your e-mail thinks the e-mail Riot sends you is spam.
