How many times can you leave before getting banned?
Not in ranked, I would never leave in ranked no matter what. But about how many times can you leave a blind pick in the middle of a match without getting banned?

Theoretically you could leave every single game you play and not be banned. The automated Leaverbuster system will never actually ban you, it only hands out low priority ques. The answer would be whenever someone at Riot decided to manually ban you.
I wouldn't recommend trying it regardless of the answer. Unless there's some huge emergency forcing you out of a game.
Nobody knows People will report for leaving/afk And it’ll probably get manual reviewed if it happens repeatedly
