Can I report someone for false report ??

I was playing a game of ARAM, I was Ashe and on my team was someone playing Zac, during the game of ARAM I had half health, so I picked up some health, but i didn't notice that Zac needed it because he was on about 50 hp, he then said something like 'l2p noob', when I had a better K.D.A score (mine was 6/4/9, his was 1/4/4) and 'report ashe', I apologized and told him I would check others health and prioritize others who need it, I though about reporting him, but i though nah, it's something stupid to report, so I didn't, but when i logged in it said i was reported for unsportsmanlike conduct when I didn't do a thing wrong, so I went on his profile to see his most recent matches; he hadn't played since May 2015 which confuses me, so shall I leave it be or try and report this person ??
