I am here to talk about the permanently bans that riot gives. I got a 2 week ban before half a year and a permanently ban a month after. Here are the chat logs for the 2 week suspension:

What I learned from this suspension that I should write less, NOTHING ELSE. after 100 games in the month after I got a permanently ban for ONE GAME. Here are the chat logs:

After I communicated with riot about the ban with a ticket, I learned that if you write one "kys" in a match you will get a suspension and that what makes me angry. I asked my 2 week suspension chat logs and I saw that I wrote "kys" in this chat log too. So I sent a ticket about this chat logs and asked them why they don't warn people about using this type of words. They replied with this:
"We didn't consider that this thing would need a "special warning" and we thought that it is common sense that you should never wish another player to take his own life.
Also, the Summoner's Code should be known since when you start playing League of Legends, you have to accept the Terms of Use.
As for your last question, even if the second game chat doesn't contain that much toxic language, it still shows a negative attitude, calling your teammates "idiots", etc."
First of all, its sad that riot thinks that writing "kys" doesn't need a special warning - it can ruin people's life. Second, I don't see a list of words that can't be writen in this game in the summoner's code. Third, I don't see people getting suspensions for calling someone "idiot".
It makes me frustrated that after I played for 5 YEARS for thousands of games, I am getting a suspension for 2 GAMES when I got angry and was tired. I think that riot should warn people not to write this type of words instead of giving him stupid tips that doesn't help at all.
