It's just logic

You should be allowed to flame a player who's obviously doing something wrong and is just making unbelievably bad decisions. I say this for myself to improve as a player because getting over positive shit like "it's okay we can win I believe in you" or "don't give up we can always win" - maybe the last one isn't applicable to low elo tbh but is to high elo. Point of this is getting rewarded with positivity for literally playing like an idiot should not be rewarded but punished via other teammates, this has been shown to be a system that works and actually improves a players skill and game knowledge via Korea, but in NA you literally can't say a single negative thing without getting punished. Another problem is the "no give up" attitude as well, in low elo this may apply but on more open ended games and not complete stomp - like being the most fed one on your team and a 5/19 kai'sa tells you at 25 minutes that you're reported for giving up and afking , when she's 5/19 being fed a kill for gold resets and taking every bait imaginable and overall being a bad player. By the way this example was a game of me playing kai'sa and being a complete f*cking idiot and oblivious to the fact that the player was clearly a higher elo and knew what he was doing and when the game was over - he/she wasn't a bad player but called me out whenever I did something stupid that back then I saw as unlucky when luck had no hand in it but just me being a bad player that actually improved in that game because I got called out and flamed for doing stupid shit. Moral of the story I improved for being flamed by someone who was clearly better and I'd like to thank him/her now but I remember getting report feedback after the game and it's such a shame because I improved my skills/game knowledge off of what most people consider a bannable offense.

Already know this is going to get down voted because most league players have just been forced to play in a classroom type environment and are just resistant to literally any change ( not meta wise )

Or, instead of flaming someone for doing bad constructively tell them what they can do to improve everyone's chances of winning

E.g. "Yo, just wait at tower for a bit. I'm gonna push out mid then roam your way."

"Split top. Soak that gold and xp so you can buy some items. We'll keep em busy while you take tower"

"My ult is a knockup. If you stay close to me I can get you kills and heal you so you won't die" (Me as Nami with many solo diving Yasuos)

If the player is legit trolling then flaming them is what they want anyways so it won't help either way.

You're totally right. This must be why we always see professional sports players calling their teammates trash and telling them to kill themselves when they miss free throws, get struck out, or throw interceptions. It's to help them learn.

Spot on observation man, spot on.

People need thicker skin. But that doesnt mean you should call them a shit player. For example, you cant report someone for losing lane to a better opponent. Thats just how it goes. Best thing to do is just finish that one up and get on to the next game

It indeed got down voted, but not because of the reason you mentioned, but because it lacks that one word in your title , "LOGIC"
