Perma Banned after 2 Games.

I played 2 games the other day. First game was a win were I tried my best to be poisitive and take equal responsibility. Saying things like "good work" "we need to fight better as a team" we won and it felt great! Second game was a bit unforutunate. I was in a match with a premade club and they told me to a play a tank top. So I did play mao. Sadly the 4 of them fed quite badly (13 deaths in the first 15mins). They began to flame me beacause of my build. Saying ZZ rot would have made us win. And I didnt have a RoA so they really ganged up and harassed me badly. They called me things like retarded and brain damaged. I slightly retaliated by saying "Check your IQ?" and "Doesnt matter what I build when you guys feed like this o_O" and after the game the 4 of them reported me. I was instantly perma banned. How can Riot let this happen? I get that the system is automated and works pretty well but the fact that premades can gang up and punish you instantly is really stupid. 2 Games isnt even enough time to work towards being a long term positive player.

I have logged a ticket but I am pretty sure they will refuse to help me. Dissapointing to see a game devloper go down this path with the way they treat players :/ I have always tried to defend Riot while others seems to be more and more fed up with them. I think this is the end of the line for me. I have no interrest in starting over. Riot does so much self harm it's really sad to see. I guess I go play one of the new up and comming game with the rest of the people who cant stand Riots treatment of the community anymore!

If any Red would be willing to read over my logs and review the case I would be happy to post them. I have red thru them and I am blown away that this is deemed worthy of a permanent suspension. No instances of racism, sexism, homophobic slurs, anything. Not everyone can be a happy go lucky player all the time, and we shouldnt have to be. But what kind of game perma bans you when what you are saying isnt even hateful? :/
